This is a soft creamy sleeveless dress with a jewel neckline and 3" high waist band followed by an a line skirt with a ruffled hem.
The dress is fully lined in a satiny fabric with a metal back zipper and hook and eye closure.
There are no clothing labels on this cute dress so not sure on the type of fabric.
